Israel Arrieta

Director of Facilities & Maintenance Programs

Israel Arrieta is a seasoned Facilities and Maintenance leader with over two decades of experience spanning manufacturing, aerospace, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals. A U.S. Navy veteran, Israel’s early work maintaining military aircraft instilled the systems thinking, operational discipline, and attention to detail that continue to define his approach. He has since led high-performing teams in fast-paced, highly regulated environments—overseeing maintenance programs, managing critical utilities, and commissioning complex infrastructure to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

Israel’s expertise includes compliance and program development across OSHA, FDA, DEA, EPA, and various local, state, and federal authorities. He has built and implemented maintenance systems that hold up to regulatory scrutiny while enhancing uptime, safety, and cost control. His work includes standing up CMMS and TPM programs, writing enforceable SOPs, managing capital projects, and serving as a key point of contact during audits, inspections, and operational transitions.

Before transitioning to real estate, Elluz practiced dentistry abroad—an experience that shaped her disciplined mindset, attention to detail, and high standards for client care. Today, she applies those same strengths to consulting—leading strategic initiatives, shaping client experiences, and driving business development efforts with focus and integrity. Whether working with commercial clients, property owners, or operational teams, Elluz excels at bridging vision with execution and ensuring that every partnership is grounded in trust and long-term value.
